These terms govern your use of this website. By using it you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

Appointments and enquiries

This website does not sell anything. The contact form is a request for an appointment, not an order, and sends no payment. A request creates no contract between us: an appointment exists only once we have confirmed it to you directly, and we may decline or reschedule a request.

Any commission, garment or price discussed at or after an appointment is agreed separately and is not governed by these terms.

If you cannot keep a confirmed appointment, please let us know as early as you can so the time can be offered to someone else.

Using the site

You agree not to:

• use the site unlawfully, or in a way that could damage or impair it;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or to any server or database behind it;
• collect data from it by automated means without our written permission;
• submit anything to us that is false, misleading, unlawful or another person's data without their knowledge.

Our content

All content on this site — text, photography, the Saint London name and marks, and the design itself — belongs to us or is used with permission, and is protected by copyright and trade mark law.

You may view it, and print or download extracts for your own personal use. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute or exploit any of it commercially without our written permission.

Accuracy

We take care over what appears here, but the site is provided for general information. Cloths, colours and finishes shown in photography are indicative: screens vary, and a garment cut for you may differ in appearance. Nothing on the site is an offer to sell or a guarantee that any cloth or style remains available.

Availability

We do not guarantee the site will always be available or uninterrupted, and we may suspend, withdraw or change any part of it without notice.

Other sites

Where we link to another website we do so for information only. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.

Our responsibility

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Subject to that, we are not liable for any loss of profit, business, goodwill or data, or for any indirect or consequential loss, arising from your use of this website.

How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Changes

We may revise these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and the version in force is the one published here when you use the site.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law rules, and the state and federal courts sitting in New York are where any dispute is to be brought. Nothing here takes away a right your own state's consumer law gives you and does not allow to be waived.
