Who we are
Saint London (“we”, “us”) is a tailoring house with appointments in New York, Atlanta, Chicago and Los Angeles. This policy explains what we do with personal data collected through this website.
We are the data controller for that information. For anything in this policy, write to info@newlondonprojects.com.
What we collect
When you request an appointment
The contact form asks for your name, email address, preferred city and any message you choose to send. We use these to arrange your appointment and to reply to you. Providing them is voluntary, but without them we cannot respond.
When you browse
If you accept cookies, our analytics and advertising providers collect information about your visit — pages viewed, how you arrived, approximate location and device. If you decline, none of this is collected and no such script is loaded.
Our host records standard server logs, including IP address, for security and to keep the site running. This is necessary to operate the site and happens regardless of your cookie choice.
Why we may use it
- To answer your enquiry — because you asked us to, and to take steps at your request.
- To keep the site secure and available — so that it runs safely.
- To measure the site and our advertising — which you can switch off at any time.
Cookies and similar technologies
In the UK, the EEA and Switzerland nothing below loads until you accept. Decline and no analytics or advertising script is requested at all. Elsewhere these load on arrival and you may opt out at any time. Either way you can change your mind using in the footer of any page; declining after having accepted also clears the cookies already set.
Your choice itself is stored in your browser's local storage rather than in a cookie, so that nothing at all is set before you have decided.
What they are for
- Analytics — to understand how the site is used: which pages are read, how visitors arrive, and which journeys lead to an appointment request.
- Advertising — to measure our campaigns and attribute them, on behalf of our media agency.
These are provided by third parties who set their own cookies and act under their own privacy terms. We do not use cookies to build a profile of you for any other purpose.
Who else sees it
We share personal data only with those who help us run the house and this site: our website host and form processor, our analytics and advertising providers, and our media agency.
We do not sell your personal information for money. Our advertising cookies do let a third party measure our campaigns across other websites, which several state privacy laws treat as “sharing” for targeted advertising. You can stop that at any time with in the footer, and we honour a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser automatically.
We operate in the United States, and our providers store and process information in the United States and, in some cases, elsewhere.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to establish or defend legal claims.
How long we keep it
We keep appointment enquiries for as long as we need them: to deal with your request, to keep a record of our correspondence, and to meet any legal or accounting obligation that applies. Cookies are kept for the periods set by the providers concerned.
If you would like your enquiry erased, write to info@newlondonprojects.com and we will do so, unless we are required to keep it.
Your rights
Several states — California, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Virginia and others — give their residents rights over personal information. We extend these to anyone who asks, wherever you live, rather than checking your address first:
- to know what we hold about you, and to be given a copy;
- to have it corrected, or deleted;
- to opt out of its use for targeted advertising;
- not to be treated differently for exercising any of these.
Write to info@newlondonprojects.com and we will answer. If we turn a request down you may ask us to look again, and we will tell you how. Some states also allow a complaint to your Attorney General.
Children
This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed, and material changes will be made clear on this page.
